About us.
The Grassroots Activist International Association (GAIA) is a global collective of organizers, visionaries, and directly impacted communities building power from the ground up. Founded in 2018, GAIA was born out of a deep belief that real, lasting change comes not from the top down, but from the people—mobilized, trained, and united by purpose.
Our mission is to strengthen and amplify grassroots movements through strategy, training, and support. We work alongside frontline communities to win campaigns, build resilient organizations, and dismantle systems of oppression. Every initiative we support is rooted in justice, equity, and the lived experience of those most affected.
GAIA has collaborated with more than 25 organizations across the world—offering guidance on campaign strategy, organizational structure, fundraising, and non-profit development. We specialize in turning passion into power, using modern tactics paired with time-tested organizing principles.
We are not consultants standing on the sidelines—we are organizers in the trenches, building something bigger together.
